They had better be able to slow down SC’s run game, to have any chance. They need to make SC one dimensional especially on third down. My point of contention with this defense all year has been, if you are going to blitz you need to get pressure a high percentage of the time. That has not been happening thus far, therefore when ND blitzes, opposing Qb’s have been able to find open receivers. It’s obvious Tenuta want’s to blitz, maybe it would be more effective if he did it less.
