		<description><![CDATA[What an embarrassment NBCSports.com&#039;s live webcast of the ND Band performance @ halftime was --
First the volume dropped and some idiot was heard talking over the band (&quot;Ya, okay...ya...&quot;), and then he kept talking, and then the band &amp; announcer &amp; crowd noise disappeared completely.
Not sure if the voice said anything more, but the last half of the performance was completely silent!
