I can’t get the blog to come up?

  2. jerseyshorendfan1 - Oct 30, 2010 at 2:31 PM

    No blog here either Mark

  3. tlndma - Oct 30, 2010 at 2:39 PM

    thar she blows!

  4. guid456 - Oct 30, 2010 at 3:19 PM

I wrote last week that the “All Mighty Fighty Irish”, would struggle to beat U2, well, lets see if they could beat ENYA!!!!!!!!!

  5. scardino - Oct 30, 2010 at 3:58 PM

Why is there not a quarterback controversy?

  6. 1notredamefan - Oct 30, 2010 at 4:36 PM

i would say even if crist were healthy there would be a qb controversy!

    • txbeej - Oct 30, 2010 at 4:44 PM

If Crist hadn’t gotten hurt, Rees never would’ve come in, and I’m sure Crist would’ve done quite well himself. Tulsa has the 120th ranked pass defense in the nation, after all.

But, and I don’t want to be “that guy”, things started shifting there to the bad as the half went on. Rees is green and it’s showing. He needs help, from the running game and from the coaching staff, give him some easier throws to make.

  7. txbeej - Oct 30, 2010 at 4:38 PM

17-0 Duke over Navy halfway through the second quarter. Navy has put up a little less than 60 yards of offense to this point.

    • txbeej - Oct 30, 2010 at 4:56 PM

24-0 Duke at the half. Total offense 268-62 in favor of Duke.

  8. twebb2 - Oct 30, 2010 at 4:49 PM

Ummm… where is the live blog with Keith Arnold? I click the link above in this post and I get a video feed, but I want to read the live blog!!!

  9. twebb2 - Oct 30, 2010 at 4:51 PM

I guess there’s no live blog today? :(

    • txbeej - Oct 30, 2010 at 4:53 PM

Yeah, it seems to have disappeared for the moment. I’m sure it will be back when halftime is over.

      • twebb2 - Oct 30, 2010 at 4:59 PM

Thanks. I follow the blog each week. Normally the blog still displays (you can still read it), even when Keith takes a halftime break. I don’t see the blog window at all.

  10. vegasmark - Oct 30, 2010 at 4:53 PM

There were issues before the game, it was up, looks like we lost it again….

  11. jerseyshorendfan1 - Oct 30, 2010 at 4:53 PM

    Where is the blog now???

  12. jerseyshorendfan1 - Oct 30, 2010 at 4:56 PM

How will Stacy know the score?

  13. Keith Arnold - Oct 30, 2010 at 5:02 PM

No clue, guys. We’re having some tech issues. Working on it. Sorry.

  14. twebb2 - Oct 30, 2010 at 5:04 PM

Keith, I just love your blog! No kidding man!!! :)

  15. txbeej - Oct 30, 2010 at 5:06 PM

Touchdown Notre Dame! 27-18 Irish. Very nice drive.

  16. tlndma - Oct 30, 2010 at 5:07 PM

well we know what the good will be this week, Tommy Rees

  17. twebb2 - Oct 30, 2010 at 5:11 PM

Yeah, the kid is really playing with poise.

  18. txbeej - Oct 30, 2010 at 6:10 PM

Down goes Live Blog! Down goes Live Blog!

  19. brendanunderscoreg - Oct 30, 2010 at 6:14 PM

    where’d everyone go?!
    where’s the blog?!?!

    i’m lonely now.

    • txbeej - Oct 30, 2010 at 6:17 PM

And it ends … on an horrific throw by Rees.

Poor decision by Rees. Poor decision to allow it to come down to a true freshman QB making a throw on the run by the coaching staff.

  20. brendanunderscoreg - Oct 30, 2010 at 6:17 PM

    that caps a depressing week

  21. 1notredamefan - Oct 30, 2010 at 6:18 PM

ok i’m pretty sure that was the worst call i have ever witnessed in my life

  22. nickynardini1 - Oct 30, 2010 at 6:20 PM

Too sad! We are definitely cursed – How eerie with blog going down at the same dismal moment!?!

  23. spankyomonkey - Oct 30, 2010 at 6:24 PM

oh my …. ND gets beat by the Tulsa Golden Shower, thats gotta hurt … airing it out with 40 seconds and within field goal range has to be the stupidest play i’ve seen all year. karma baby karma

    • brendanunderscoreg - Oct 30, 2010 at 6:28 PM

what karma? and why are you insulting Tulsa? they played their tails off.

      • spankyomonkey - Oct 30, 2010 at 6:35 PM

ND bad karma … i love tulsa … tulsa’s baseball team are studs … so yea, my apologies to tulsa … i have heard a bunch of ND dorks looking down their noses @ tulsa this week so it was aimed at them

      • vegasmark - Oct 30, 2010 at 6:35 PM

He is a troll who wastes his time on an ND blog just spewing jibber jabber….ignore him.

      • spankyomonkey - Oct 30, 2010 at 6:37 PM

yea vegas tell me you don’t agree with that stupid call

      • vegasmark - Oct 30, 2010 at 6:45 PM

I agree that the last call was horrible, I even posted that in the next comment. What I don’t understand is why you waste so much time on a Notre Dame blog when you have never said anything positive about Notre Dame and clearly (from your comments) despise them. Seems like a really pointless exercise to me.

  24. vegasmark - Oct 30, 2010 at 6:25 PM

Why even put the ball in the air in that situation? Ruffer has been pristine all year. Run it up the gut, burn some clock, kick the field goal for the win. Rees played great today, but that is just a terrible call from Kelly.

  25. mdirish - Oct 30, 2010 at 6:31 PM

ND fired Charlie for this. Brain said the guys played their tails off. I’ve been the biggest Brian Kelly supporter since he’s been hired. We’ve had more talent than both Navy and Tulsa and he get get this team to win. This is coaching period!!!
