I think most of the remaining espn150 guys will wait for the Under Armour All-Star game to declare/commit. Mike & Kyle might wait to see who else commits to ND, and how the NFL contract negotiations are going with the Players Assn. You might want to ease up on your eggnog – until then. The poem is pretty good for a Red Sox fan.

That poem just made my night. Brilliance. And to make it even better, I’m now picturing reindeer lining up on the gridiron, 11 on 11. “Personal foul: illegal antler to the face, on the defense.”

Budweiser Clydesdales, anyone? “Do they always do that?” “No… they usually go for 2.”

Seriously, though, landing Williams, Huggins, Scarlett & a couple more of those guys would be an amazing Christmas gift… although since signing day’s not till February, I guess it’d be more of a Groundhog Day gift. Either way, let’s hope these guys pick ND & hope our defense picks on Miami.

The holiday season inspires me to write a poem excerpt imploring ND “recruiting” decisions for all Irish fans:

Now Miles and Amir.

On Troy,
On Brennan,
On Antonio and Nick.

Lead by “commits” by the most famous 2010 “recruits” of all – Rudolph and Michael !!!!!!
