There’ll be no two-hour weather delays. No 110,000 screaming fans cheering for the opposition. It’ll be a good old fashioned Notre Dame Saturday, with the local weather perfect for football… not to mention a double live blog.
That’s where today will be a little bit different. We’re still going to be doing our live chat during the NBCSports.com live-stream of the game. For those of you wondering where that’ll be, follow this link and you’ll be able to watch an HD Feed with DVR capability of the Irish battling the Spartans at 3:30 p.m. ET.
Feel free to ask a question or make a comment straight through the player and I’ll do my best to answer it. We’re rolling big time here, as this is the same set-up Mike Florio and the PFT team uses for Sunday Night Football on NBC.
But for those of you that enjoy the old set-up, I’ll be running an old-fashioned Cover-It-Live live blog too, and you can join me just like the good old days down below. I might be a little bit slower on the draw as I’ll be doing both jobs, but I’ve heard from enough of you guys that you miss the old set up, and well — I enjoy chatting with you guys and talking some of you off a ledge for four hours, too.
So PAY ATTENTION! You’ve got two options to follow this game online:
Your first choice — Our new NBCSports.com HD player. (This is pretty cool, honest.)
Your second choice — The old fashioned live blog (See below.)
Buckle up for an important Saturday of football. See you guys at 3:30 p.m. ET.
